This CD is a compilation of music by various artists. Unfortunately ,when I burn it into Itunes it lists Eckhart Tolle as the Artist. That said, the CD contains some good selections. The track, "Structure from Silence (Structures from Silence) is a new age classic from Steve Roach. I would highly recommend buying this cd on its own merits. My favorite track, though, is "Now is Forever" by Kip Mazuy. I'm not a New Age kind of guy but this track is one of my favorite discoveries of the year. I listen to it almost every night as I go to sleep. I especially like the subtle sounds of the birds taking off towards the end.

A beautiful selection of pieces of music ranging from Indian sitar to Debussy piano. Ideal for "quieting the mind" at any time. A good introduction by Eckhart Tolle and a listing of the pieces of music in the jewel box.

I didn't buy this CD when I first say it, because sometimes the commercial side of Eckhart's organization makes me itch. But I heard part of it as an into to a meditation Eckhart was leading on Eckhart TV, and I really liked what I heard. So I ordered the CD and I really do like it. I don't use a soundtrack for meditation, but there are times when I want to slow down a bit, and this CD will fill that bill nicely.

Fantastic relaxation music, and simply great listening music.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND as a substitute for "Valium" if stressed out. Almost as good as a visit to the spa and an hour of massage.
